DALLAS-Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods is planning to establish its North Texas regional distribution center in a 31,502-square-foot warehouse facility on Olympic Drive near Northwest Highway and Interstate 35 in Dallas. The Houston-based wine retailer opened its first Dallas shop at 9500 N. Central Expressway in Dallas last December.
The new regional distribution hub and offices will support the retailer's expansion in North Texas. SFP Brokerage LLC represented the tenant and Colliers International represented the owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
