NEW YORK CITY-AXA Advisors has leased approximately 5,500 square feet of office space at 32 Court St. in downtown Brooklyn. The 10th floor of the 23-story office building is currently underway and will be completed in October. Asking rents in the 115,000-square-foot building are in the low-to-mid $30s range.
