LISLE, IL-Blackstone Group L.P. has sold Corporate Lakes IV, an office building spanning 94,375 square feet at 2275 Cabot Drive, to
Wells Real Estate Funds Inc. for $17.7 million. Wells purchased the property for its Core Office Income REIT. McCain Foods USA is the sole tenant of the four-story building with a lease expiring in May 2021. CBRE Inc.'s Paul Lundstedt negotiated the sale.
