NEW YORK CITY-Law firm Brandt Steinberg & Lewis has leased 8,917 square feet of office space at 1430 Broadway in Midtown Manhattan. The asking rent for the office space was $38 per square foot.
Brandt will occupy the new office on November 1. Ted Rotante and James Emden from Colliers International brokered the deal on behalf of the law firm.
