TAMPA, FL-Charlotte-based Crescent Resources has commenced work on a 367-unit apartment community in Tampa. The $68-million apartment project, called Circle Bayshore, will provide studio, single-, double- and triple-bedroom units.
The multifamily property has been designed to achieve LEED certification from the US Green Building Council. The first apartments are scheduled to be completed in Q1 2014.
