LIVERMORE, CA-Greenville Investors, a subsidiary of Pacific Union Holdings, has sold Pacific Corporate Center, a 208,000-square-foot complex in Livermore, to Walnut Creek-based Vertical Ventures LLC for an undisclosed amount. The five-building complex sits on 13.6 acres of land at 7401-7501 Longard Road, 501 Lawrence Road and 7005 Southfront Road.
