LEEDS, UK-Hammerson has signed agreements to purchase The Victoria Quarter, a retail destination situated in the center of Leeds' retail core, from Kennedy Wilson for GBP 136 million. The company exchanged contracts to purchase the property, which comprises 209,896 square feet with more than 70 shops and two cafes, for Bank of Ireland Private Banking.
