NEW YORK CITY-The owners of Hell's Chicken have recently signed a lease for first location. The Asian-fried chicken restaurant has leased 1,000 square feet of space at 641 Tenth Ave. from Giaimo & Giaimo.
A 500-square-foot basement is also included in the lease deal. Asking rent for the 10-year deal was $110 per square foot. Olga Ousmanova, a broker from Square Foot Realty, represented the tenant, while Howard Aaron and Aaron Gavios, also from the firm, represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
