RALEIGH, NC-The owners of Emporium Plaza, a 111,000-square-foot retail center in Raleigh, have secured new tenants to fill the former Babies"R"Us space in the center. An Ollies Bargain Outlet store will open its new location in the shopping center later this month.
Another retailer, Dollar Tree, has signed a lease for the remaining space beside the Ollie's store. It will take 10,000 square feet of space in the property at 3501 Capital Blvd. The center is owned by Chapel Hill-based Buffaloe One Associates LLC.
