SAN ANTONIO-Hilton Palacio del Rio, the San Antonio River Walk hotel, has finished the second and final stage of the property's $34-million makeover. San Antonio-based Zachry Hospitality Corp., the owner of Hilton Palacio del Rio, spent the last year repairing the hotel's public spaces and all guest rooms.

The company used $7 million alone to refurbish the hotel's meeting and event space. The 485-room hotel was developed for the 1968 World's Fair. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
