PHILADELPHIA-Horsham, Pennsylvania-based Toll Brothers Inc. and Radnor, Pennsylvania-based Brandywine Realty Trust are teaming up to develop a $77-million apartment complex in Plymouth Meeting. The seven-story complex will be built on a 20-acre parcel at 134 Plymouth Road.
The project will comprise 398 apartments, a fitness center, a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, a dog park and a pool. Brandywine and Toll will each own a 50% stake in the project. The joint venture is expecting to start construction in Q1 2013. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
