AURORA, CO-United Natural Foods Inc. will lease 535,000 square feet of space at Gateway Park in Aurora from The Pauls Corp.
The new space will merge the Providence, Rhode Island-based company's four distribution facilities located in the Denver area. This consolidation will create new jobs in Aurora. The new distribution facility will be opened next summer. It will initially have 475 employees and the number is predicted to increase to almost 550 in the first three years.
