WALTHAM, MA-Citizens Disability has signed a sublease deal for 42,905 square feet of office space at 1075 Main St. in Waltham. The Social Security disability advocacy company will shift its headquarters from Marlboro to the new location in Waltham. Details of the deal were not revealed.
The 186,000-square-foot building is situated near Route 128 and I-95. NAI Hunneman brokered the lease deal for Citizens Disability and CB Richard Ellis represented the sublandlord. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
