PITTSBURGH-Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute has leased most of the remaining space on the first floor of Bakery Square in the East End. The institute has leased an office space measuring 38,000 square feet at Bakery Square from Walnut Capital Partners.
SEI will join the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Technology Development Center and Google at Bakery Square.
