PORTLAND, OR-The Kalberer Co. has put an Old Town office building on the market for sale. The company has listed the historic Mason Ehrman building at 222 and 208 N.W. Fifth Ave. for $15.85 million.
The seven-story, 80,000-square-foot office building is being marketed by Venerable Properties. The Portland Development Commission is the Mason Ehrman building's flagship tenant.
