PHILADELPHIA-A $44.79-million loan tied to the Millennium Corporate Center, a three-building office complex in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, has been transferred to a special servicer. King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based O'Neill Properties Group constructed the complex at 225 and 227 Washington St. and 20 Ash St.
The complex comprises 195,896 square feet of office space and is leased to tenants such as Cardionet Inc., Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. and Kynetic. Fitch Ratings reported that the loan is in monetary default. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
