CINCINNATI-An investment company based in Chicago has paid more than $11.1 million for Fairways at Royal Oak, an apartment community consisting of 214 units at 380 Saint Andrews Drive in Clermont County. Oak Residential Partners bought the multifamily property, situated beside the Stillmeadow Country Club, from MAA.

The garden-style apartment community, built in 1988, comprises a mix of single- and double-bedroom units. CBRE Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group brokered the deal on behalf of MAA. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
