CHICAGO-PECO-ARC Institutional, a joint venture between CBRE Global Multi Manager group clients and Phillips Edison - ARC Shopping Center REIT Inc., has bought a grocery-anchored retail center in Glen Ellyn, a western suburb of Chicago. PECO-ARC Institutional Joint Venture I bought Baker Hill Center for an undisclosed price.
