ALBUQUERQUE- Core-Mark Holding Co. Inc., a convenience store distributor, has leased an industrial space measuring 165,000 square feet at 5600 2nd St. NW in Albuquerque. The lease runs for 15 years and is valued at roughly $10 million. In the deal, Allen Sigmon Real Estate Group negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Johnson Commercial's Terry Johnson brokered for the group of investors owning the building.
