LOUISVILLE, KY-Chicago-based The Infinity Group has sold Vieux Carre Apartments at 9811 Vieux Carre Drive in Louisville for $22.5 million. The 345,000-square-foot apartment complex, situated near the corner of Shelbyville Road and Shelbyville Road, contains 326 units.
The complex comprises a mix of single-, double- and triple-bedroom units. Aaron Johnson from Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services' Louisville office represented the seller and Drew Babcock from the Columbia, South Carolina office of Marcus & Millichap represented an unidentified buyer from Nashville, Tennessee.
