SAN DIEGO-Ivyments LLC has bought a retail condominium in Downtown San Diego for $2.78 million. The limited liability company purchased the Old City Hall retail condo at 664 Fifth Ave. from Khyar LLC, NIXI LLC and Thompson/94th LLC.
The 8,000-square-foot retail condo is situated in the City Hall Building. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. The four-story structure, constructed in 1874, underwent a complete renovation in 1995. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
