DALLAS-The L'Oreal Group will open a regional distribution center in southern Dallas County. The company is planning to construct a 513,000-square-foot distribution hub on a site at Dallas Avenue and Telephone Road in Dallas' International Inland Port.
Ridge Property Trust owns the Dallas Avenue and Telephone Road property. The project is estimated to cost $22.5 million. If the project moves ahead, the distribution facility could be finished by Q3 2013. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
