SANTA ANA, CA-Lyon Communities has started construction on a new luxury apartment community, called The Marke @ South Coast Metro, in Santa Ana. The company is developing the property along with Integral Communities. COE Architecture International designed the 300-unit apartment community, which will come up on nearly 4.5 acres of land.
The project will also include a 660-space parking structure and 2,300 square feet of retail space. HFF arranged $22.8 million in financing for the project, which is scheduled to open in 2013. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
