FRANKLIN, MA-Austin-based AIC Ventures, which has been seizing large commercial properties located out of state in the past year, has most recently acquired the AR Metallizing Ltd. facility in Franklin. The company bought the metallized paper manufacturing facility measuring 135,000 square feet for an undisclosed price.
