LONDON-BNP Paribas Real Estate has bought 16-18 Beak Street in London for GBP 13.1 million on behalf of DTZ Investment Management. Allied Commercial was the seller. The six-story, 11,817-square-foot building comprises a restaurant on the ground floor and basement and offices above.
