PHILADELPHIA-Gebroe-Hammer Associates has closed the sale of Chestnut Hill Tower, an apartment complex consisting of 228 units at 7600 Stenton Ave. in Philadelphia. Both the buyer and the seller were not revealed. The apartment building changed hands for $16.75 million.

The 18-story high-rise includes 12 retail units on the ground floor. It comprises a mix of studio, single-, double- and triple-bedroom units. Gebroe-Hammer Associates handled the sale. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
