
LONDON-Developers have started demolition works at 100 Cheapside, situated between St. Paul's and the Bank of England in the City of London. The construction work on the 100,000-square-foot office and retail project will commence in January and is expected to be completed in 2014.
The 10-story building will have 9,000 square feet of retail space. Joint venture partners Orion Capital Managers, Quadrant Estates, CarVal Investors and the City of London Corporation are developing the new building. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
