MIAMI-A Biscayne Boulevard development site in Miami has changed hands for $5.75 million. The site, sold by Lionheart Capital, has consent for a 16-story apartment project. Lionheart secured an option on the site at 3360 Biscayne Blvd. earlier this year for $3.6 million.

The approved 127-unit residential project was named Boulevard. David C. Metalonis of Colliers International South Florida brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. Colliers did not reveal the identity of the buyer, but said that it was an Argentinean group. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
