JACKSONVILLE, FL-A New York-based investment firm has bought a 180-unit apartment community in East Arlington for $14 million. Palatine Capital Partners LLC paid approximately $78,000 per unit for Dames Point Crossing.

The project was constructed in two phases in 2006 and 2007. Dames Point LLC was the seller. Brad Coe from Horizon Realty Management Inc. brokered the deal for Palatine Capital Partners, while Bob Selton, Douglas Blair and John Stone from Colliers International represented Dames Point.
