HOUSTON-Construction has started on the second phase of the Blvd Place mixed-use development in the Galleria area. Phase II will comprise approximately 211,000 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space and 60% of the project is already pre-leased.

Whole Foods Market will occupy 48,500 square feet of retail space and Frost Bank will occupy 53,000 square feet of office space at the development. CBRE and SRS Realty brokered the lease deal for Frost Bank, while Wulfe & Co. and Colvill Properties represented Blvd Place. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
