NEW YORK CITY-Robinson & Cole has leased 18,478 square feet of office space at 666 Third Ave. The law firm leased the whole 20th floor at the Chrysler East Building from Tishman Speyer. It will move from its current home at 885 Third Ave. to the new location next year.
According to sources, the asking rent for the space was in the mid- to upper-$60s range. Studley and RM Bradley represented the tenant, while Tishman Speyer Properties' Greg Conen represented the ownership. For the full story, go to New York Post .
