
PITTSBURGH-ANSYS is nearly doubling its current office space in southwestern Pennsylvania. The engineering software maker has inked a 15-year lease for a headquarters building measuring 186,000 square feet at Southpointe II. The new facility will be larger than its current 107,000-square-foot headquarters in Washington County.
ANSYS reached a deal with Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services to build new offices, which will be ready in Q4 2014. Dan Adamski of Jones Lang LaSalle represented ANSYS in its search for the new location. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
