SACRAMENTO-A company based in Oakland has purchased Azure Park Apartments, a 220-unit complex in South Sacramento, with plans to upgrade the property and give a new name. The multifamily property, named Lotus Landing Apartments, is nearly 85% occupied.
The new owner, Bayside Communities, will improve the exterior and renovate a number of apartment units in the complex. This is the third apartment property in Sacramento for Bayside Communities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
