HOUSTON-Behringer Harvard REIT I Inc. will build a second tower at BriarLake Plaza in Houston. Two BriarLake Plaza, a 12-story, 332,000-square-foot office building, is the final phase of BriarLake Plaza in the Westchase Management District.
The new tower will be designed to attain LEED Core and Shell Silver certification. Samsung Engineering America Inc. has pre-leased half of the space in the building to house its North American headquarters. Construction is scheduled to be completed in Q1 2014.
