NEW YORK CITY-Bright Minds Center is moving to a new location in lower Manhattan. The school has leased 6,900 square feet on the second floor of 90 Maiden Lane. The asking rent for the 10-year deal was $32 per square foot.
Bright Minds Center is currently located at the Synagogue for the Arts building at 49 White Street. Robert Koslow and Dmitry Levkov of Colliers International represented the school, while AM Property, the landlord, had in-house representation in the deal.
