AURORA, CO-Digital Realty Trust Inc. has acquired a data center on the north side of Cherry Creek Reservoir in Aurora. The San Francisco-based company bought the 286,000-square-foot complex at 11900 East Cornell for an undisclosed price.
The complex comprises both data center and office space. It is 94% occupied. The facility has 170,000 square feet of data center space. Digital Realty Trust has another data center on south side of Cherry Creek Reservoir in Englewood. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
