CINCINNATI-CoStar Group reported that BRG KEC LLC, a real estate company based in Ohio, has bought the Kenwood Executive Center, a three-story office property in Kenwood for approximately $3.9 million from Duke Realty Corp. The building comprises more than 54,000 square feet of office space.

The Kenwood Executive Center, constructed in 1981, was 100% occupied at closing. In the deal, the seller was represented by Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services' Mike Sullivan and the buyer was represented by Bruce Hellman.
