CHICAGO-Andrew Beal, an investor from Texas, is seeking a buyer for the River East Plaza, a six-story building in Streeterville. A venture headed by Beal has tapped CBRE Inc. to market the 547,200-square-foot building, located at 401-465 E. Illinois St., to potential buyers.
The venture seized the property earlier this year from Daniel McLean, a developer from Chicago. The River East Plaza is currently 30% leased to tenants including Fox & Obel and the Quay Restaurant & Bar. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
