SUNNYVALE, CA-Lab 126, a research and development unit of Amazon, has signed a lease to occupy two buildings totaling 581,000 square feet in Sunnyvale to house more than 2,000 employees. The two facilities are part of Moffett Towers, an office complex that comprises 2 million square feet.
Lab 126 has leased a 357,000-square-foot building and a 224,000-square-foot building at the Sunnyvale complex. San Francisco-based is the principal owner and developer of the office complex. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune .
