AUSTIN, TX-Camden South Congress, an apartment complex featuring 253 units at 1007 S. Congress Avenue, has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by The Connor Group, an Ohio-based owner and operator of luxury apartments. A joint venture of Camden Property Trust, a real estate investment trust based in Houston, was the seller of the property. ARA's principal, Patton Jones negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
