NEW YORK CITY-HQ Global Workspaces, a subsidiary of Regus, will open at 555 Madison Ave. next year. The company has signed a long-term lease for 25,246 square feet of space at the Coates Building situated on the southeast edge of East 56th Street.
The asking rent for the entire fifth-floor space was $59 per foot. Rosenhaus Real Estate's Richard Rosenhaus represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield's Ethan Silverstein, Mark Mandell and Robert A.B. Baraf represented the ownership. For the full story, go to New York Post .
