BRADENTON, FL-Inland Diversified Bradenton Center Point LLC, an affiliate of Oakbrook, Illinois-based Inland Real Estate Group, has paid $25.6 million for Centre Point Commons, a shopping center located at 4014 14th St. W. in Manatee County. The retail center is situated between Cortez Road and U.S. 41.
