NEW YORK CITY-LUMAS Galleries is opening a new store on the Upper East Side. The contemporary art-photo store has leased 1,040 square feet at 1094-1112 Madison Ave. for 10 years. Asking rent was $525 per square foot.

LUMAS Galleries' newly leased space previously housed City Market Cafe. In the lease transaction, the gallery was represented by Joseph Aquino and Faith Hope Consolo of Douglas Elliman, while the building owners were represented by Jill Lovatt from Massey Knakal.
