OCEANSIDE, CA-Ryan Companies US has started construction on Oceanside SpringHill Suites, a 149-room hotel in downtown Oceanside. The $40-milion all-suite hotel project is being constructed at the southeast corner of Mission and Myers avenues.
The five-story, 110,000-square-foot project will feature an independent eatery with patio seating, a pool deck and fitness facility, public meeting space and valet parking for guests.
