JACKSONVILLE, FL-Sam's Club has leased a truck terminal facility adjacent to the Port of Jacksonville. The company signed a multi-year lease deal for 129,000 square feet in Alta Lakes Commerce Center at 2562 Cabot Commerce Drive.
Boston-based Cabot Properties developed the center in 2009. The deal also includes 3.5 acres of tractor trailer parking lot. J.J.
