MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-A build-to-suit office campus made up of 2 six-story structures in Mountain View has confirmed its new tenant. Samsung Information Systems America Inc. has inked a 15-year lease for the new campus.
San Francisco-based TMG Partners and Farallon Capital Management LLC teamed up to build the 385,730-square-foot campus.
