CINCINNATI-Two new residential projects will bring 452 apartments to downtown West Chester. Hills Properties and Capital Investment Group Inc. will place their apartment community plans before the West Chester Zoning Commission in October for consideration.
Hills will build a 272-unit community, called The Lofts at The Streets of West Chester, and Capital Investment Group will build the Cascades, a 180-unit complex with retail space on the first level.
