AUSTIN, TX-Construction will start soon on the SkyHouse Austin high-rise. The 320-unit apartment community will be constructed at 51 Rainey St. in downtown Austin. Atlanta-based Novare Group, Batson-Cook Development Co., Andrews Urban and Simpson Housing LLP are the developers of the 23-story residential building.
The developers have obtained construction financing from Bank of the Ozarks. Simpson Housing LLP, Batson-Cook Development Co., AU SkyHouse LLC and NGI Investments LLC will provide equity. Construction is expected to be completed in Q4 2013. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
