CHICAGO-Developer Steve Fifield is developing two apartment projects in the Los Angeles region. Century West Partners, a joint venture of Fifield and his wife, Randy, and Michael Sorochinsky from Cypress Equity Investments of Los Angeles, has started construction on K2 LA, a 303-unit apartment project in Los Angeles' Koreatown neighborhood.
