
BALTIMORE-A CoStar Group report revealed that Ambassador Services Inc. has paid $2.6 million for Owings Mills Industrial Park, a single-story warehouse building in Owings Mills. The company bought the 43,200-square-foot industrial facility, located at 10330 S. Dolfield Road, from Ambec Realty Ltd.
The industrial building changed hands for $60 per square foot. Community Investment Realty's David Coyle and Trout Daniel & Associates' Steven Cornblatt represented the buyer and the seller, respectively. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
